Concrete, mosaic sculpture workshop, January 20 through the 26th 2008, at the Good Hope Plantation in Jamaica, a place no picture can do justice.

Imagine taking a workshop in a tropical paradise, with spectacular views of the cockpit mountains and a 5 minute walk under a orchid covered canopy to the Martha Brae River, where a swimming hole framed by an 18th century cut stone bridge and graceful stands of bamboo await you, if that's not enough to entice you, the most exquisite food and the kind spirited people will.

Good Hope is a 2000 acre plantation of unabashed beauty, with citrus groves, horse and biking trails, along old ruins, the river and into the woodlands.

Good Hope is a bird watchers paradise, Jamaica has more than 255 bird species, 26 of them endemic to the island, 20 of them can be seen at Good Hope.

The Great house, build in a Georgian Plantation home style, furnished with Jamaican antiques, has a pavilion with the most spectacular views, early mornings at Good Hope, with only the sound of bird-life and the mist rising from the Queen of Spain Valley is an unforgettable event.
